Built for your work.
On time and under budget should be the minimum you expect.
We build with the people who use the software. As their needs change, we weave new features into the existing scope, preserve their history, and keep improving the system after launch.
See how a two-year assignment became a one-year delivery People who understand
the whole system.
Requirements, software, data, accessibility and operations belong in the same conversation. These are the responsibilities we cover throughout an engagement.
- Delivery and implementation
- Work with your staff to understand the job, set priorities, and put working software in their hands. Keep decisions close to the people who can explain what they need.
- Software and integrations
- Build the application and the connections around it. Document the API with a full-featured OpenAPI specification so your other systems can use it.
- Data and conversion
- Bring forward your records and their history. Reconcile the converted information with your staff and make exports available to the people who need them.
- Workflow, security, and accessibility checks
- Check business rules, integrations, permissions, performance, and accessibility as the work changes. Work through real tasks with your staff, alongside automated checks of the application and its failure paths. Inspect a validation example.
- Support and operations
- Support the delivered system, maintain access controls and Azure point-in-time backups, and provide your assigned emergency contact for urgent issues.
Keep the history.
Conversion is included.
We don't charge extra to preserve another year or another decade of your data. Conversion is part of the work.
For the South Dakota Legislature, that meant bringing back Dakota Territory records that weren't even available in the system we replaced.
Your source code and data belong to you. Full end-user exports and documented APIs keep them useful long after the initial migration.
Ownership and accessReach the right people.
Urgent client support has a direct route. General questions, planned work and security reports each have a clear place to go.
- Urgent client issue
24 hours a day, every day - Contact your assigned emergency support staff directly, including on holidays. Keep that contact with your system's operating information. If you need your contact details, ask [email protected].
- Routine client support
- [email protected] or 605-610-2992. Include the system, what happened and how to reach you. Arrange a secure channel before sending sensitive records.
- Security concern
- [email protected]. Our security.txt publishes the reporting contact. Active client incidents also go directly to your assigned emergency support contact.
- General questions and meetings
- Chat with us or arrange a meeting. Office availability comes from our Appointments system, including holiday closures. The website assistant can help with general questions outside office hours.
Support is part
of the software.
Full access controls and Azure point-in-time backups support the applications we operate. Recovery objectives, retention, hosting and ongoing charges are set for the system and engagement.
As the work evolves, your staff should be able to keep using it, integrate with it, and get help from people who know it.
