Do you only build government software?
No. We build for government and enterprise, including financial software, document tools, mapping, and accessibility. Our work for ByteWish Foundation includes timekeeping, payroll, invoicing, sales-tax mapping, and ACH tools.

Can you work with the software we already use?
Yes. We build integrations, improve existing applications, and replace older systems. Our legislative work includes tools inside Microsoft Word, so staff can keep working in an editor they know.
Tell us what you use, what works well, and what gets in the way.
What happens when we need new features?
We expect useful ideas to come up as people use the software. We work with your team to adapt priorities and weave new features into the existing scope while staying on time and under budget.
Does it cost more to bring over older data?
No. Data conversion is included. We don't charge extra based on how many years of history you bring with you. For South Dakota LRC, we brought in records dating to Dakota Territory that weren't available in the system we replaced.
Who owns the source code and data?
You do. Our standard is client ownership of both. We earn your continued business through the quality of the software and the service we provide.
Can our staff export data and connect other systems?
Yes. Our systems include full exports that end users can run themselves and a full-featured OpenAPI specification for integrations. Your team can get its data without asking us to prepare an export.
What happens after the software goes live?
We provide 24/7 support and ongoing development and maintenance. We discuss training, documentation, hosting, and support with you as part of the project, including the ongoing costs.

How much will our project cost?
That depends on what you need built, the systems it connects to, and the hosting and support you need. Share your requirements, deadline, and budget so we can put together a proposal. We work through development and ongoing costs with you up front.
Is your county property-tax software available yet?
It's in development for South Dakota counties. We'd like to hear about your county's current systems, your staff's needs, and any upcoming RFPs.
